Ordering Process – easy and convenient

How do I place my order?

1. Select shopping cart and shipping

Select the products you want to order by using the “Add to cart” button. These products are then stored in the shopping cart. At the shopping cart you can correct the amount of products or delete products from the shopping cart using the “Remove button”.

When you are choosing the shipping method, the exact shipping costs can be displayed in advance by clicking on “Calculate shipping costs”.

By clicking the button “Checkout” or “Proceed to checkout” you will get to the next step in the ordering process.

2. Checkout, billing and shipping address

If you already have a customer account, please log in with your email address and password, otherwise it is possible to just enter your billing information and order conveniently as a guest. If you would like to create a customer account when placing your order, check the box next to “Open a customer account?”

For a differing delivery address, check the box next to “Send delivery to a different address?”, The shipping costs will be updated accordingly.

Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Any other use or disclosure to third parties will not take place.

3. Select payment method

Select your preferred payment method.

4. Complete the order process, terms and conditions, data protection provisions and cancellation policy

Check that all information is correct and please read the general terms and conditions, data protection provisions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to our terms and conditions (tick the box). By clicking the “Buy now” button, you send your order to us. You are submitting a legally binding offer.

5. Optional: Pay online

If you have decided on an online payment method (credit card, giropay, Klarna Sofortüberweisung or iDEAL) you will be forwarded directly to the respective service. Enter your details there and pay. You can find more information about payment here.

6. Order confirmation

After completing the order or online payment, you will be redirected to an overview page with all information about the order. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you have ordered with your customer account or created an account during the order, you will also find the order in your customer area.
