Tasting Notes
Nose: Subtly sweet scent of dried fruit, some caramel and chocolate
Flavour: Subtle, dry sherry sweetness, dark chocolate, light oak note, spicy sweet
Finish: Medium length, dry, still dark chocolate

]]> The distillery was founded in 1962. It is located on the opposite side of the Deveron River of the Banff Distillery. The whisky that is produced here has the name Deveron, under the name Macduff there only exist independent bottlings. The distillery belongs to the Bacardi concern.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Spicy kitchen aromas, herbs, with sweet notes
Flavour: Nutty sherry sweetness with aromas of dark, ripe berries, intense fruit candy.
Finish: Fruity sweet, medium length

]]> The distillery is located near to Mullben and Keith and belongs to the Speyside. Open up in 1974 it is one of the youngest and most modern distilleries in Scotland. The malt is only softly peated because the big part of the production is dimensioned for making blends for Justerini & Brooks (J&B).
