]]> The Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky lovers who made it their mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with character, using traditional methods that are rarely found today. Regional Single Farm Barley. Barley malt from the traditional malting floor. Washbacks from their own cooperage. Bimber’s production process reads like the ideal of a whisky distillery. Although based in London, the Craft Distillery is not influenced by the fast pace of the metropolis.
