The Pasquet winery has existed since 1730. In 1924 it came into the possession of the Pasquet family. In 1977 the cognac brand Jean-Luc Pasquet was finally founded.

The cognacs are distilled twice and then mature exclusively in Limousine oak barrels. They are bottled directly at the winery.
