Ukiyo Japanese Vodka, Blossom Gin and Yuzu Gin were created in Kagoshima in the shadow of the Sakurajima volcano. The basis is locally grown rice, which is distilled into a shochu in the first step in the traditional Japanese way. Local botanicals are also added to both gins: Citrus fruits are the main focus here. Other local ingredients are also included. Ukiyo combines the urban lifestyle with traditional distillation.
