Ukiyo Japanese Vodka, Blossom Gin and Yuzu Gin were created in Kagoshima in the shadow of the Sakurajima volcano. The base is locally grown rice, which is distilled into a shochu in the first step in the traditional Japanese way. This traditional spirit is distilled several times to obtain the pure, smooth and slightly sweet vodka. Ukiyo combines the urban lifestyle with traditional distillation.
