Fresh spring water from Westphalia, local barley, a master distiller with know-how from a Scottish distillery, storage in aromatic Scottish whiskey casks. All these components add up to “The Westfalian”.

This single grain was distilled in 2013 and matured in an ex. Longmorn Sherry Hogshead. Bottling is limited to 300 bottles.

Nose: Dry red wine, smoked bacon, open fireplace, red berries, ripe black cherries, dark honey, chocolate sprinkles
