They make a very special fine distillate from fresh carrots from the surrounding farmers. Similar to the extraction of essential oils, they remove the aromas and active ingredients from the carrot mash by means of a multi-stage distillation. The distillate has to rest in stainless steel tanks for about eight months to fully develop its effect and taste.

Taste: Earthy tones mix with bitter sweetness, with the strong natural note in the foreground.
