Zacapa XO is produced from sugar cane syrup. The distillate is then distilled using the solera method, which involves aging in American ex-bourbon casks, followed by oloroso sherry casks and PX sherry casks. Zacapa XO’s aroma impresses with aromas of vanilla, fruit, and dark chocolate.
