Wolfburn Sauternes Cask Finish – 46%

After eight years in fresh bourbon barrels, the already wonderfully fruity Wolfburn distillate was allowed to spend another six months in the very best fresh Sauternes barrels and the result speaks for itself: a lush, fruity and complex tipple!

Tasting notes:
Scent: Banana sets the tone here! Intense aromas of banana and honey, milk chocolate, peach, yoghurt.
Taste: Sweet and tropical-fruity, cherry-banana juice, vanilla cream, apricot, passion fruit and syrup.
Aftertaste: Fruity, floral and creamy with aromas of jelly banana, white grapes and slightly green notes of sage and anise.
