The family Teeling is producing whisky since generations. In 1782 the distillery was founded by Walter Teeling. Nevertheless the former production house does not exist anymore, the Teelings still are one of the driving forces behind the Irish whisky industry. The Teeling family brought back the production of whisky to Dublin, when they opened up a Craft Distillery in the Liberties of the capital.
