Risotto with porcini mushrooms – 200g
Stir the risotto-rice mixture into 3 times the amount of water and bring to the boil. Let the risotto simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes with the lid closed. Stir regularly. Refine to taste with butter and Italian hard cheese.
Ingredients: 90% Arborio rice, 5% vegetable broth (salt, onion, carrot, parsley root, leek, lovage leaves, parsley, garlic, rosemary, black pepper), 4% porcini mushrooms, 1% onions.
