Old Pulteney 2006 Single Cask #1454 – 52,2%

The small distillery has bottled two of its sea-influenced casks especially for Kirsch Import’s customers. Both single casks matured for at least 15 years in bourbon barrels on Scotland’s rough coast. In the bourbon cask numbered 1454, the Old Pulteney 2006/2022 developed aromas of honey toffee, apples and almonds in addition to typical vanilla notes. Salted caramel and tropical fruits finally combine to create a creamy, lingering finish.
