Nc’Nean Quiet Rebels Whisky Liqueur – 20%

The idea for the vegan whisky liqueur came from Sarah Hewitt. As head of bottling at Nc’nean, she spends her days surrounded by the aroma of single malt, but was never a fan of neat whisky. Cream liqueurs, however, were a different story. Her Quiet Rebel combines notes of crème brûlée, honeycomb caramel with spices, and chocolate mousse to create a sumptuous whisky alternative that tastes best on ice and straight from the fridge. The Quiet Rebels series puts one of Nc’nean’s quietly rebellious team members in the spotlight each year, each known for forging their own path in the world of whisky.
