This Longmorn was distilled in 1990 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2014 to mark the German national football team’s World Cup victory. The whisky matured for 24 years in hogsheads and has a cask strength of 55.4%.

The name Longmorn means as much as ‘place of the holy man’. It is located in the Speyside, 4 kilometres south of Elgin. Before it was founded in 1894/5 by John Duff there was existing a church and after that a mill for three decades at the same place. Nowadays the distillery has eight stills. Longmorn is one of the main ingredients of th Blend Chivas Regal and is part of the Pernod Ricard Group as well.
