This whisky was personally selected by Andrew Symington. It is a Longmorn from 2005, matured for over 19 years in a fist fill Oloroso sherry butt.

The name Longmorn means as much as ‘place of the holy man’. It is located in the Speyside, 4 kilometres south of Elgin. Before it was founded in 1894/5 by John Duff there was existing a church and after that a mill for three decades at the same place. Nowadays the distillery has eight stills. Longmorn is one of the main ingredients of th Blend Chivas Regal and is part of the Pernod Ricard Group as well.
