The InchDairnie distillery from which this whisky comes was only opened in 2015. The special feature: the single malt, which is only bottled in its own original form, is not due to come onto the market until 2029. Basically, the heads of the distillery are of the opinion that, besides malted barley, water and yeast, technology is one of the most important ingredients for whisky. In pursuit of taste, decades of experience and knowledge of the industry have gone into fine-tuning one of the most carefully designed distillation processes in the world here.

A single distillery Fife grain Scotch whisky made from 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. RyeLaw conforms to the rules for an American rye whisky, however there is currently no legal definition of rye whisky in Scotland, so legally this term cannot be used on the decanter style bottle.
RyeLaw is the first bottling from the InchDairnie Distillery in Fife and the only whisky in the world made from rye and distilled in a Lomond Hill still.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Golden
Noise: Distinct rye spice mingling with mild oak aroma and spreading over a soft vanilla layer.
Taste: Cascading pepper notes from the rye, enveloped in an oily viscosity and sweet biscuit, cereal and dried fruit notes.
