This 6-year-old rum was distilled at the Diamond Distillery. The first part of the maturation process took place on site in former bourbon casks for three years, after which the rum was brought to Europe and matured for another year. An Oloroso sherry cask was chosen for the finish, in which the rum was allowed to rest for another two years.
