Glenburgie 2008 Signatory 100 Proof Exceptional – 57,1%

Signatory is launching the Exceptional Cask series, which is part of the 100 Proof range, with three new bottlings. These whiskies were stored in Olroso sherry casks and bottled at 57.1%.
Herbal notes are also attributed to the oily Speyside single malts from Glenburgie, along with fruity notes. Full maturation in Oloroso casks also gives the Glenburgie 2008 candied fruit and maple syrup.
