His new discovery catapults whisky fans into the beautiful Speyside. With the GlenAllachie 2014/2024, the druid has secured a Pedro Ximénez Sherry Hogshead from one of the few independent whisky distilleries in Scotland. The nine-year-old single malt blends sherry spice with dark chocolate, rum raisins and richly caramelized crème brûlée and is a tribute to the art of the living master blender legend Billy Walker.
