The Glen Grant distillery is located in the whisky town of Rothes and belongs to Speyside. It was founded in 1840 by the brothers John and James Grant and is now owned by the Campari Group. There is hardly any other distillery that is one of the major whisky brands that has so many old vintage bottlings dating back to the 1950s.
