ElsBurn “The Harz” Distillers Cut – 50%

ElsBurn The Harz is distilled from 100 per cent regional barley. Maturing in first and second fill sherry hogsheads and a small proportion of first fill bourbon barrels, the single malt emphasises the distillery character – even more so than The Journey or the Distillery Edition.

At a slightly higher strength of 50% vol., The Harz develops notes of apricot, red berries and tropical fruit with sultana, malt and spicy oak as well as creamy notes of vanilla, caramel and light chocolate.
