Pre-filled with Pedro Ximénez sherry, ruby port, and Portuguese Moscatel, they worked their barrel magic on the single malt: fruit compote meets milk chocolate, caramelized brown sugar meets ripe blackberries, and a delicate herbal spice meets dark grapes. This enchanting combination comes into its own at a robust 50.2% ABV and requires neither chill filtration nor coloring to achieve its effect.
