Dingle Whiskey is a product of its environment. The small distillery was founded in the picturesque village of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in the winter of 2012. As one of the few independent distilleries in Ireland, it creates its whiskey locally according to its own ideas – and its own rhythm. Surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of the “Wild Atlantic Way”, things take their time and handcraft is important in every step of production.
