At 50.7% ABV, this limited edition brings the essence of Campbeltown to the glass: maritime, complex and profound. The combination of matured casks from Springbank and Glen Scotia pays homage to two of the last active distilleries in this legendary region – and is a real collector’s item.

Smoky elegance from Springbank with notes of salted caramel, leather and dried fruit. Spicy depth and maritime freshness from Glen Scotia – with hints of citrus, peat and oak. Harmoniously blended, with an oily mouthfeel and a long, salty-spicy finish.

The distillery was founded in 1828 by the family Reid, but already got undertaken by the family Mitchel in 1837, which nowadays still owns it. It is located in Campeltown. The Single Malt is produced using water from the Crosshill Loch and low peated malt. It is distilled two times, a mixture of feints and low wines is distilled a third time. Additional there is produced the Single Malt Longrow (two time distilled, using stronger peated malt) and Hazelburn (three-time distilled, using unpeated malt). None of the whiskys is coloured or cool filtered.
