This single cask from the Blair Athol Distillery was bottled exclusively for Kirsch Import’s Awakening Series 2025. The whisky matured for 14 years in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask and was bottled at 55.6% ABV.

The nutty power of Blair Athol lingers beneath the syrupy influence of PX, offering roasted walnuts and a hint of black tea. The palate unfolds with molasses slices and cinnamon-dusted figs before a drying wave of oak spice and cocoa nibs sets in. The finish lingers with soft liquorice and a final hint of muscovado sugar.”
