The production of whisky is part of a centuries-old tradition. Craft distilleries such as Bimber build on the knowledge and experience of the past to create the whisky of the future. For example, with regional single-farm barley, malted barley from the traditional malting floor or washbacks from their own cooperage. The single casks of the Germany Edition 2024 are dedicated to three historical greats whose achievements still characterise life and consciousness today.

Actress Marlene Dietrich was the model for the Bimber Oloroso Cask #442. The whisky reflects the complexity of her legendary performances with a wealth of flavours of ripe, sweet fruits such as plums, cherries and figs, a hint of spices and earthy undertones.

The Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky lovers who made it their mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with character, using traditional methods that are rarely found today. Regional Single Farm Barley. Barley malt from the traditional malting floor. Washbacks from their own cooperage. Bimber’s production process reads like the ideal of a whisky distillery. Although based in London, the Craft Distillery is not influenced by the fast pace of the metropolis. With attention to detail, 7-day fermentation and two direct-fired pot stills, sought-after English whisky is produced here.
