This Aultmore was distilled in 2010 and matured in a bourbon barrel until 2020. In 2020, it was transferred to a ruby port hogshead, where it was allowed to spend the rest of its maturation period.

The distillery Aultmore (which means as much as ‘big stream’) is located north of Keith and therefore lays in the Speyside. It was built in 1896 by Alexander Edward. The Single Malt nearly only is used for blends.
