Aultmore 13 Jahre Darkness – 61,4%

With Darkness, the name says it all: The at least three-month refinement in small Sherry Octave Casks gives the independent bottlings their naturally dark color. The specially made barrels (the size of about an eighth of a standard Sherry Butt) ensure plenty of wood contact – and wonderfully dark fruity, spicy profiles.

This 13-year-old Aultmore was finished in an Oloroso Sherry Octave and has a cask strength of 61.4%.
