This Auchroisk was allowed to undergo additional maturation in Manzanilla sherry casks from 2023 until it was bottled.

Original Tasting Notes:

Nose: Camomile, banana cake, café au lait.
Palate: Buttery biscuit base, fruit and nut mix, malty roasted oat biscuits, cloves.
Finish: Buttery popcorn, ripe fruit, demerara sugar.
