That's why St. Kilian Distillers is expanding its licensing cooperation and is now adding Terence Hill's “The Hero” to their “The Legend” - two whiskeys that celebrate the powerful film hero. For the new bottlings, St. Kilian Distillers married whiskey with rum barrel notes from its own stocks with triple distilled whiskey from the Great Northern Distillery from Dundalk, Ireland, which matured in bourbon barrels. The unpeated whiskey is exotic - with the juicy sweetness of tropical fruits, bourbon vanilla and caramelized brown sugar as well as oak spice and a pinch of cocoa.

Similar to the season of the ElsBurn Cozy Winter, the single malt is smokier and milder at the same time. He plays with flavors such as gingerbread and raisin biscuits, vanilla and caramel, the typical mocha note as well as orange zest, dark chocolate and fireplace smoke.

Her Heartgow Spring 2026 combines sweet raisins and dried fruits with juicy peach and orange. A hint of espresso and toffee provides a framework for the silky single malt reminiscent of filled chocolate eggs. Limited to 384 bottles, this seasonal whisky matured intensively in first-fill hogsheads, quarter casks, and small octaves that previously held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry.

The Distillery Edition from the ElsBurn Distillery was matured entirely in former sherry wine casks originating from Jerez in Spain. Batch 005 was bottled in 2025 at 46.0% ABV.
