This 14-year-old Aultmore was bottled by Douglas Laing for its own "Old Particular" series. Distilled in September 2008, the whisky matured in a sherry butt, which gave it typical sherry aromas of dried fruit, dark red fruits and chocolate. The single cask, limited to 283 bottles, was bottled exclusively for the German market.

This single cask bottling from the closed Port Dundas Distillery was distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2021. The whisky matured for 16 years and was finished in a PX sherryn barrel and then bottled with 53.8%.
