After initial maturation in bourbon barrels, the spirit was finished in Spanish oak, which previously contained the best Manzanilla sherry.

Wolfburn Morven is named after the highest point in Caithness. As there are large peat deposits around Morven, it is not surprising that this is a peated bottling from the distillery.

This bottling is a collaboration between the distillery and Carnegie Cellars in aid of the UK Help for Heroes charity.

This year's edition is a vatting of 2016's Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads and Fresh Bourbon Barrels, bottled in 46%, in natural colouring and without chill filtration. Bottled especially for Valentine's Day (...)
