The “Place of the Holy Man” is about 4 kilometers south of Elgin in the Speyside, where John Duff built the distillery in 1894/95 at a place where there had been a chapel and then a mill for 3 centuries. Longmorn gets the water from Burnside and she now works with 8 stills. Longmorn is one of the main components of the Chivas Regal blend and belongs to the Pernod Ricard group.

More than 10,000 hogsheads, butts and the like are stored in the halls of the independent bottler. Signatory releases bottlings from this treasure trove of wood in various series.
This whisky was personally selected by Andrew Symington. It is a Longmorn from 2005, matured for over 19 years in a fist fill Oloroso sherry butt.

This Longmorn was distilled in 1990 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2014 to mark the German national football team's World Cup victory. The whisky matured for 24 years in hogsheads and has a cask strength of 55.4%.

This 22 year old Longmorn was bottled for the Single Malts of Scotland by Elixir Distillers. The whiskey matured in a hogshead until July 2020 and was bottled at 58.7%.
