The discerning indie trio Wu Dram Clan rummaged through the Signatory Holzschatz for a single cask bottling - and selected First Fill Sherry Butt Number 4 on site. Better known as a lover of whiskeys from classic bourbon barrels, the bottler offers sensory-exciting variety in the sherry range with its Glen Grant 2000/2023: The Speyside Single Malt Scotch skilfully builds the bridge between the traditional, musty character and the rustic, nutty character of the modern one Sherry whiskeys.
