The distillery was founded in 1812 by Captain William Fraser, making it one of the oldest distilleries in the world. In 1833, King William IV made her the first royal purveyor to the court. Since then, the malt has also been known as the “Whiskey of the King”. This classic Highland Single Malt, made with special care, is truly unique in quality and taste. Stored in the best sherry casks, it matures into a great, rich whiskey with fruity aromas and slightly spicy notes. Distillery style: fresh, floral and fruity. Very balanced and complex, with apples and pears, a hint of spices, nuts and a clear sherry note.
