Blair Athol is located at the southern end of Pitlochry and is one of the Highlands. It was rebuilt in 1949 in the same place where a distillery had been standing since 1798. Her single malt is the heart of the “Bells” blend.

This 11 year old Blair Athol was distilled in 2099 and bottled by Michel Reick in 2021 for the Old Friends series. The whiskey matured in a Bordeuax Red Wine Barrique and was bottled with 54.0%.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Dark grapes, raisins and cherries. Then some lemongrass and honey in the background.
Palate: In the taste with clear nutty notes and some unburned tobacco. In addition, exotic fruits such as passion fruit and mango. Finishing off with a fine wood note.
