The Ron Canuto 7 y.o. blends distillates of different maturation stages, with 7-year-old rums forming the youngest component. Masterfully blended, the blend is aged in barrels for another one to two months before bottling. Ron Canuto is produced in small batches, numbered by hand and hand-signed by the Master Distiller. Dedicated to the humpback whale, Brazil 2011/2024 was distilled from both molasses and fresh sugar cane juice. The rum matured for around six years in tropical conditions, including in Imburana casks made from Brazilian wild cherry wood, which are very rare in this country. It was refined continentally in bourbon barrels.
