Our GrapeDiggaz Armagnac Maison Aurian 1995 is a special distillate made from 30% Ugni Blanc and 70% Baco grapes. The hybrid grape is a cross between the Folle Blanche and Noah varieties. Created in 1898, the acidic Baco grape is now only grown on a small scale. It gives the exclusive bottling a full-bodied profile with dark fruits, molasses notes and spices like cinnamon.

The malt matured for at least 9 years in the most exclusive Oloroso sherry butts, which come from the renowned Bodega José y Miguel Martín, from which Glenfarclas also sources its famous sherry casks. Kilchoman's founder Anthony Wills personally selected a combination of 17 first fill and 6 refill casks from three different distillation years. The sherry-infused oak adds layers of rich fruit character that harmonize perfectly with the classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus aromas. Original Tasting Notes
Nose: Waves of sweet BBQ smoke and cooked fruits with dark chocolate and dried figs. Palate: Delicate peat smoke combined with honey roasted nuts, cinnamon, and malted barley. Finish: Fresh notes of citrus and rich toffee.

This year, Adam Hannett has selected six unique single cask bottlings of Octomore, which are now being released. Distribution is strictly by key markets – one cask per market for the UK, Germany, GTR, Japan,
Taiwan, and the distillery's visitor center.
The cask for Germany is a 2013 whisky made from Concerto barley and matured in a first-fill bourbon cask. This Octomore is limited to 240 bottles at 60.6% ABV.

The Allt Gleann, released in July 2021, is a heavily peated whiskey with a salty-maritime character, made from fine Scottish Concerto and Laureate barley and with water from the Allt Gleann, which flows near the distillery. The barley has a peat content of 77ppm and was matured in bourbon barrels.

The northern German premium brand FRC has dedicated a single-cask series to unadulterated sugar cane distillates. The design of the Dutch Windmill Collection speaks for itself: stylish black and white with golden eye-catchers meet iconic windmills and bottles made of dark glass offering light protection.
The trio is based on sugar cane molasses. With a duration of three weeks, it fermented for an above-average length of time and in a temperature-controlled manner. Distilled twice in small handmade copper pot stills, bottled at cask strength.
Senior of the Dutch Windmill Collection is De Gekroonde Poelenburg 10 y.o., named after one of the few remaining wind-powered sawmills in the Netherlands. The decade in the American oak Virgin Oak Cask gives the rum fine vanilla and intense oak tones with some citrus, coconut and plum.

The Mannochmore distillery, known for its light, floral, and fruity whiskies, was founded in 1971 as a sister distillery to Glenlossie and is often a key component of blends. This 12-year-old expression follows the typical Mannochmore flavor profile and was matured entirely in bourbon hogsheads. Expect notes of gooseberries, crème brûlée, white pepper, soft oak, and clotted cream.

Nose: Gooseberries, apricots, gorse. Grassy, zesty.
