Original Tasting Notes:

Colour : Pristine authentic pale gold.

Nose : Immediately, some intense notes of peat smoke which
entering. Something vegetal, salty and woody like a
like a slowly dying campfire on a beach.

Palate : The mouth takes us to a Mediterranean landscape
next to the pool with a plate of Parma ham, a fresh carpaccio
with a squeeze of freshly picked lemon. Watch out for the grill, it smokes strongly.

Finish : Rich and smooth. Marked by sweet roasted barley
and an ashy aftertaste.
