Millstone American Oak – 43%

Barley, rye and other grains for his Millstone whiskies are milled in typical Dutch fashion. The fermentation, which lasts seven days, is longer than average and is followed by slow distillation in pot stills. The effect: fruity complexity. For the maturation of the raw spirits, Zuidam can draw on a wide selection of first-class barrels, which are stored at an Angels’ Share of 4-6% in the warm, dry climate of its own warehouse.

Classically matured in American oak, the Millstone American Oak is a versatile single malt with notes of vanilla, coconut, tropical fruits, honey and spices.
