Signatory is launching the Exceptional Cask series, which is part of the 100 Proof range, with three new bottlings. These whiskies were stored in Olroso sherry casks and bottled at 57.1%.
The malty Highlander Macduff 2007 benefited from 16 years in the Andalusian oak casks in the form of chocolate cake, berries and orange zest.

The distillery was founded in 1962. It is located on the opposite side of the Deveron River of the Banff Distillery. The whisky that is produced here has the name Deveron, under the name Macduff there only exist independent bottlings. The distillery belongs to the Bacardi concern.
