Jamaica 2013 “Blackjack” The Wild Parrot Rum – 67,9%

The relatively young rum brand “The Wild Parrot” was launched in 2016 by the two friends Stefano Cremaschi and Andrea Ferrari through the independent Italian whisky bottler Hidden Spirit. The aim was to bottle only rum that completely convinced the two friends. Besides the use of elegant bottles for the noble drops, their labels were beautifully designed by the young Italian artist Giulia Ronchetti right from the start. Some of the TWP bottlings now enjoy cult status (such as the Caroni twin barrels). Thus, rum aficionados are always eagerly awaiting the latest bottlings, which experience rapid price increases in collector circles. We are curious to see how the brand from Italy will develop in the coming years and what other bottlings will be released.
