Hayman’y gin is produced in the fifth generation. The family business was founded in 1820 and sold in 1987 to Whitebread Spririts Group, but still the gin is made the traditional way. The receipe has not changed since the the 19th century.
The Hayman’s London Dry is a typical dry gin, light juniper notes combined with the freshness of citrus fruit. These notes are combined with spicy and floral notes.
