The Distillery Edition by Glen Keith is the only original bottling from the distillery. Most of the production is still used for blended whiskys. The whisky is a mixture of different vintages and matured in Taditional Oak, i.e. in classic oak barrels. In terms of taste, it is a typical Highland whisky, pleasantly mild and fruity, with a soft and long finish.

The distillery is located in the village of Keith on the banks of the Isla River, just across from Strathisla, in the Speyside. It was built in 1957 by Chivas Brothers on the building of a former flour mill and was the first distillery to be rebuilt since 1900. The distillery was closed in 1999 and has been back in operation since 2013 under the current owner, Pernod Ricard.
