The Four Roses Distillery is located in Lawrenceburg, Knetucky. Since 2002 it is owned by the Japanese Kirin Brewery Company.

Unlike other Bourbon producers, which use casks of the same Whisky for their bourbons, Four Roses uses 10 different whiskys to produce their bourbon. 2 different types mashbills and 5 yeast strains are used to create these whiskys.
