„Alsen Gelände“

The aroma of the fifth edition is characterized by a complex juniper note, which is rounded off by pleasant herbal notes. In addition to juniper, botanicals such as rosemary, wormwood, heather and essential oils from lemon and orange were used to produce the gin. All botanicals were first macerated in organic neutral alcohol for up to 36 hours before being hand-distilled in a 150 liter copper still and then at a pleasant 40% vol. were filled.
