Francis Darroze and his son Marc roam the Gascony countryside in search of treasure. The objects of their search? Special Armagnacs. Around forty estates from the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region contribute to the Darroze’s exceptional collection. The independent bottlers purchase their distillates either using a mobile distiller, which traditionally makes its rounds after the harvest, or already stored in barrels. These often rare, multi-generational barrels or eaux-de-vie from small producers are perfected in the house’s own cellars.
