Distilled in Mauritius, matured for four years and finished in Denmark, it is a blend of three different cask types.

Virgin oak from 2016, bourbon from 2017 and sherry from 2019 each contribute their own distinct character, creating a vibrant interplay of tropical freshness, a creamy texture and warm spices.

]]> The goal of Rum Nation? To make the individual character of rum-producing nations accessible with handpicked bottlings. Founded in 1999, the company today looks back on an impressive range of bottlings from the Caribbean, South and Central America, as well as underdogs like Madeira. In contrast to its single domain rums, the independent bottler reveals which distillery the individually numbered rarity is owed to in the Rare Rums series. The small-batch series also stands out externally: with an elegant glass stopper instead of the usual cork, a reduced black-and-white design and new gift packaging.
