Cognac Jean-Luc Pasquet Mini Set – 3 x 5cl

14 hectares of the finest white wine grapes are the basis for Jean-Luc Pasquet’s cognacs. They grow exactly along the border between the best growing areas of the Cognac region: the Grande and Petite Champagne. The majority of the vines bear grapes of the Ugni Blanc variety. But the fragile Folle Blanche grape also thrives on the farm, which has been certified organic for over 20 years. Once the queen among the Cognac grape varieties, it was almost completely destroyed by phylloxera in the 19th century. Today, the variety accounts for less than 1% of the total cultivation for cognac production.
